摘要：反复呼吸道感染是儿童时期的常见病,目前临床上常用的抗感染及抗病毒等治疗方法虽然短期疗效较好,但长期使用复发率高,患儿的体质未得到根本的改变,且抗生素的频繁使用会带来许多不良反应。近年来,研究者们发现儿童反复呼吸道感染风险的增加与其体内维生素D的含量有关,补充维生素D制剂已被建议作为预防和治疗儿童反复呼吸道感染的一种辅助措施。文章主要通过总结文献中两者相联系的证据,以期为临床诊治提供理论依据,研究出新的诊疗方法,从而减少发病率,减轻患儿的痛苦及家庭经济负担,提高生活质量。
Recurrent respiratory tract infection(RRTI)is a common disease in children.Currently,anti-infection and antiviral therapies commonly used in clinical practice have good short-term efficacy,but the recurrence rate is high after long-term medication,and the children’s physiques have not been fundamentally changed.And the frequent use of antibiotics will bring many adverse reactions.In recent years,researchers have found that an increased risk of recurrent respiratory infections is associated with vitamin D levels in children,and vitamin D supplementation has been recommended as an adjunct to the prevention and treatment of RRTI in children.This paper mainly summarizes the evidence of the connection between the two in the literature,in order to provide a theoretical basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment,and research a new diagnosis and treatment method,so as to reduce the incidence,relieve the pain of children and family economic burden,and improve the quality of life.
