摘要:目的考察唐古特大黄主要药效成分与色度的相关性,建立快速评价唐古特大黄质量的色度分析方法。方法采用HPLC测定唐古特大黄有效成分的含量,采用SPSS21.0软件进行主成分分析;测定唐古特大黄色度值L^(*)、a^(*)、b^(*)、E^(*)ab,分析其与有效成分的相关性。结果主成分分析结果显示,总蒽醌、游离蒽醌、番泻苷A、番泻苷B的累计贡献率达47.148%,为唐古特大黄的主要化学成分;色度值与有效成分相关性分析结果显示,b^(*)、E^(*)ab值与总蒽醌、番泻苷B、番泻苷A含量有极显著相关性。结论色度分析可以快速评价唐古特大黄的外在质量,通过内在及外在质量控制方法可以更加客观、有效、快速地评价唐古特大黄的质量。
Objective To investigate the correlation between the main pharmacodynamic components and chromaticity of Rheum tanguticum Maxim.;To establish a rapid chromaticity analysis method for evaluating the external quality of Rheum tanguticum Maxim.Methods The contents of active components in Rheum tanguticum Maxim.were determined by HPLC,and the principal components were analyzed by SPSS 21.0;the chromaticity values L^(*),a^(*),b^(*),and E^(*)ab were determined,and the correlation between the values and the effective components of Rheum tanguticum Maxim.was analyzed.Results The results of principal component analysis showed that the cumulative contribution rate of total anthraquinones,free anthraquinones,sennoside A,and sennoside B reached 47.148%,which were the main chemical components in Rheum tanguticum Maxim.;the correlation between the chromaticity value and the active components showed that the values of b^(*)and E^(*)ab were significantly correlated with the contents of total anthraquinones,sennoside B,and sennoside A.Conclusion Chromaticity analysis can quickly evaluate the external quality of Rheum tanguticum Maxim..The internal and external quality control methods can be more objective,effective and rapid to evaluate the quality of Rheum tanguticum Maxim..
