摘要:目的研究当归精油对原发性痛经(primary dysmenorrhea,PD)小鼠子宫血管加压素(AVP)以及前列腺素(包括PGE_(2)、PGF_(2a))表达的影响。方法采用戊酸雌二醇联合缩宫素(OT)建立原发性痛经小鼠模型,观察当归精油对痛经小鼠扭体潜伏期和扭体次数的影响;选用酶联免疫法(ELISA法)检测痛经小鼠子宫中AVP、PGE_(2)、PGF_(2α)的浓度变化,应用SPSS18.0数据分析软件,采用均值比较分析数据。结果当归精油可延长痛经小鼠的扭体潜伏期和减少扭体次数,并能降低痛经小鼠子宫中PGE_(2)、PGF_(2α)、AVP的浓度,与各自所对应的组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论当归精油治疗痛经小鼠疼痛的内分泌机制可能与降低子宫组织中PGE_(2)、PGF_(2α)、AVP的浓度有关。
Objective To study the effect of Angelica essential oil(AEO)on the expression of vasopressin(AVP)and prosta-glandins(including PGE_(2)and PGF_(2a))in uterus of mice with primary dysmenorrhea(PD).Methods A mouse model of primary dysmenorrhea was established by estradiol valerate combined(EV)with oxytocin(OT),and the effects of Angelica essential oil on the incubation period and time of writhing in dysmenorrhea mice were observed.Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)was utilized to detect the concentration changes of AVP,PGE_(2)and PGF_(2α)in the uterus of dysmenorrhea mice.SPSS 18.0 data analysis software was utilized to analyze the data by means of comparison.Results Angelica essential oil can prolong the latency of writhing and reduce the time of writing in dysmenorrhea mice,and can reduce the concentrations of PGE_(2),PGF_(2α)and AVP in the uterus of dysmenorrhea mice.Report to the corresponding groups,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion The endocrine mechanism of Angelica essential oil in treating dysmenorrhea mice pain may be linked to the reduction of PGE_(2),PGF_(2α),AVP concentrations in uterine tissue.
