摘要:比较水超声提取、复合酶解提取(果胶酶、纤维素酶和中性蛋白酶)和70%乙醇超声提取法所得当归提取物的化学成分及其含量。采用水超声提取、复合酶解提取和70%乙醇超声提取法对当归中的天然化合物进行提取,并对提取物中的成分进行HPLC比较分析。3种提取方法所提取的当归药材中的成分及含量存在明显差异。70%乙醇超声提取法所提取的化学成分种类多,提取效率高,是比水提法和酶解法更为有效的当归天然化合物提取方法。
To compare the chemical components and their contents of Angelica sinensis extract by the methods of water ultrasonic extraction,enzymolysis extraction and 70% ethanol ultrasonic extraction. Water ultrasonic extraction,enzymatic hydrolysis extraction and 70% ethanol ultrasonic extraction were used to extract the natural products from Angelica sinensis,and the components in the extracts were analyzed by HPLC. The results showed the chemical components and their contents of Angelica sinensis extract by the above three methods were significant different. 70% ethanol ultrasonic extraction has many kinds of chemical components and high extraction efficiency. It was a more effective method for extracting natural products of Angelica sinensis.
