摘要："奔豚"病名首见于《黄帝内经》,是传统中医学独特的诊断病名,因其发病原因尚不明确,现代医学将其归属于神经官能症一类的疾病,是一组特有的症状群,亦是一种发作性的疾病,发作时濒死状,止如常人,奔豚二字形象生动的描述了该病的特征。奔豚病以脾肾阳虚、痰饮阻滞为病机,以自觉气上冲心为主要特征,临床分为多种证型,在治疗上强调辨证论治,切不可一概而论。目前中西医对于该病均无特效治疗,而在中医辨证论治理论的指导下,对于本病具有很好的治疗效果,导师师承名中医李可老先生,对于中医治病有深刻的见解,现将导师的临床经验进行归纳总结,以期对该病的临证论治提供新思路。本文章从病名来源、病因病机、辨证论治、验案举例4个方面对奔豚病进行探析。
The name "Bentun"( 奔 豚) is first seen in Huang Di’s Canon of Internal Medicine(《 黄 帝 内 经 》). It is a unique diagnostic disease name in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM). Because its cause is still unclear, modern medicine classifies it as a disease of neurosis, which is a unique symptom group. It is also a paroxysmal disease. It shows dying symptoms at the time of the attack,and returns to be normal when it stops. The two Chinese characters "Bentun" vividly describes the characteristics of the disease. This disease is characterized by spleen and kidney yang deficiency and phlegm block as its main characteristics. It is clinically divided into multiple syndrome types. The treatment emphasizes syndrome differentiation instead of being generalized. At present, Chinese and Western medicine has no specific treatment for this disease. Under the guidance of the theory of TCM differentiation and treatment, the author has achieved a very good treatment effect for this disease. The instructor learns from famous TCM Master Mr. Li Ke and has deep insights on TCM treatment. The instructor’s clinical experience is summarized in order to provide new ideas for the clinical treatment of the disease.This article probes into Bentun disease from four aspects: the source of the disease name, etiology and pathogenesis, syndrome differentiation and treatment, and case studies.
