摘要：目的:对比研究三种提取工艺(乙醚萃取法、超临界CO2萃取法与水蒸气蒸馏提取法)所得当归精油镇痛抗炎作用的差异。方法:以醋酸致小鼠扭体反应与催产素致小鼠痛经反应为镇痛指标、以二甲苯所致小鼠耳肿胀与角叉菜胶所致大鼠足肿胀为抗炎指标,探讨三种提取工艺所得当归精油的镇痛抗炎作用。结果:在镇痛实验中,三种当归精油能明显提高小鼠扭体潜伏期、减少扭体次数,明显缓解小鼠痛经;在抗炎实验中,三种当归精油对二甲苯与角叉菜胶引起的炎症反应有显著的缓解作用,0.1ml/kg与0.2ml/kg的三种当归精油能明显降低二甲苯引起的小鼠耳廓肿胀度,0.035ml/kg、0.70ml/kg与0.14ml/kg的三种当归精油能明显降低角叉菜胶所致的大鼠足肿胀度;此外,三种当归精油的镇痛、抗炎作用之间没有显著性差别。结论:三种提取工艺所得当归精油具有明显的镇痛抗炎作用且三者之间在相同剂量下的镇痛抗炎作用没有明显差异。
Objective：To comparative study of volatile oil of Radix Angelicae Sinensis（AR） extracting from different technology（ether extraction,supercritical fluid extraction of CO2 and water vapor distillation） on anti-inflammatory and analgesia.Method：These experiments,mouse acetic-acid-induce and ocytocin-induce twisting experiments,mouse xylene-induced auricular swelling experiment and carrageenan-induced feet swelling experiment,were carried out to evaluate effects of three ARs on anti-inflammatory and analgesia.Results：Three ARs can prolong twisting latent period and decrease twisting frequency,and they also can lighten swelling degree of auricular and feet.Conclusion：Three ARs had obviously anti-inflammatory and analgesia effects and there are no difference on them.
