摘要：随着人口老龄化的不断加剧,与衰老相关的疾病也接踵而来,严重影响老年人的身心健康。间充质干细胞(MSCs)因具有强大的增殖与分化潜能,在抗衰老相关疾病中越来越受到关注。本研究对MSCs在衰老相关的疾病如心血管疾病、2型糖尿病、缺血性脑卒中和骨关节炎中的作用机制和临床试验进行综述,可为MSCs在衰老相关疾病中的研究提供一定的理论依据和参考。
With the aging of the population,aging-related diseases also become a hot topic that seriously affect the physical and mental health of the elderly.Mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs)have attracted increasing attention in anti-aging-related diseases due to their strong proliferation and differentiation potential.This paper reviewed the mechanisms of action and clinical trials of MSCs in aging-related diseases like cardiovascular disease,type 2 diabetes mellitus,ischemic stroke and osteoarthritis,which can provide some theoretical bases and references for the study of MSCs in aging-related diseases.
