摘要：张士卿教授认为小儿多发性抽动症大多是由先天不足、病后脾胃虚弱或情志失调,导致肝肾阴血不足,肝郁化火,肝风内动,阴阳失调所致。治疗以《时病论》清离定巽法为主,配合导痰汤、逍遥散加减化裁,同时注重饮食和情志调摄,每获效验。
Professor Zhang Shiqing thinks that Tourette＇ s syndrome is a disease and syndrome of asthenia of liver and kidney, liver depression forming fire, up-stirring of liver and imbalance of yin and yang caused by congenital defect, weakness of the spleen and the stomach, or emotion disorder. Professor Zhang cures the disease by Qingli Dingxun method from Logy of Seasonal Disease in combination with Daotan Decoction and Xiaoyao Powder.At the same time,Professor Zhang emphasizes recuperation of children＇s diet and emotion.So the curative effect is salience.
