摘要：查阅相关文献,从失眠,汗证,心悸、奔豚气,呼吸系统疾病,虚劳、失精,围绝经期综合征及其他等7个方面对近年来桂枝加龙骨牡蛎汤的临床应用研究进行概述,指出凡符合"阴阳失调"之病机,用此方均可取得满意疗效,更是中医"异病同治"思想的具体体现,为桂枝加龙骨牡蛎汤临床运用的扩展提供参考。
By consulting the relevant literature,this paper summarizes the clinical application research of Guizhi Jia Longgumuli Tang( 桂枝加龙骨牡蛎汤) in recent years from 7 aspects including insomnia,sweat syndrome,palpitation,gas-rushing syndrome,diseases of respiratory system,consumption,seminal emission and perimenopausal syndrome etc. It points out that if the prescription conforms to the pathogenesis of "yin-yang imbalance",satisfactory curative effect can be achieved by using it,which is also the concrete embodiment of the thought of "treating different diseases with the same therapy"in traditional Chinese medicine. It can provide references for the expansion of clinical application of Guizhi Jia Longgumuli Tang.
