摘要:目的:研究不同光质对淫羊藿生长、光合色素含量以及有效成分含量的影响,筛选栽培淫羊藿的适宜光质,为后续仿野生栽培提供条件。方法:以二年生淫羊藿为供试材料,研究透明膜(CK)、黄膜、红膜、蓝膜对淫羊藿叶片生长指标、光合色素含量和黄酮类成分含量的影响。结果:各处理时间下,黄光大多能够显著提高淫羊藿叶长、叶宽、叶鲜重和干重;蓝光大多能够显著提高叶绿素a、叶绿素b、叶绿素a+b和类胡萝卜素的含量;随着处理时间延长,总黄酮含量呈现先升高后下降趋势,大多数蓝光处理下总黄酮含量显著高于其他处理;前期黄光及中期红光处理下朝藿定A、朝藿定B和朝藿定C含量大致最高,后期蓝光处理下朝藿定A、朝藿定B和朝藿定C含量大致较高,蓝光处理下淫羊藿苷含量最高。结论:淫羊藿在栽培时可覆盖蓝膜或补充蓝光提高有效成分成分含量和叶绿素含量,覆盖黄膜或补充黄光促进叶的生长。
Objective:To study the effects of different light quality on the growth of Epimedium brevicornu,photosynthetic pigment content and the content of active ingredients,and to screen the most suitable light quality for cultivating Epimedium brevicornu,so as to provide conditions for the subsequent imitation of wild cultivation.Methods:Using two-year-old Epimedium brevicornu as the test material,the effects of transparent film(CK),yellow film,red film and blue film on the growth indexes,photosynthetic pigment content and flavonoids ingredient content of Epimedium brevicornu leaves were studied.Results:Yellow light could mostly significantly increase the leaf length,leaf width,leaf fresh weight and leaf dry weight of Epimedium brevicornu at each treatment time;Blue light could mostly significantly increase chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b,chlorophyll a+b and carotenoids contents;With the increase of treatment time,the total flavonoid content showed a trend of increasing and then decreasing,and the total flavonoid content was significantly higher under the most blue light treatment than the other treatments;The highest content of epimedin A,epimedin B and epimedin C was found in the first period under yellow light and middle period under red light,and the higher content of above three compounds was found in the later period under blue light treatment,and the highest content of icariin was found in blue light.Conclusion:Epimedium brevicornu can be covered with blue film or supplemented with blue light to increase the content of active ingredient components and chlorophyll content when cultivated,and covered with yellow film or supplemented with yellow light to promote leaf growth.
