摘要：目的调查甘肃中医药大学预防医学本科专业毕业生就业情况及用人单位满意度,优化预防医学人才培养模式。方法对甘肃中医药大学2016,2017,2018届预防医学本科专业毕业生进行网络自填式问卷调查法(问卷星)调查,对2016,2017届预防医学专业本科生就业单位采取问卷调查和现场访谈相结合的方式进行调查,提出人才培养模式优化措施。结果毕业生思想道德素质高,专业知识扎实,能吃苦耐劳,但实践操作能力、适应能力、创新能力欠缺。结论通过教学环节改革,可提升学生的专业能力和综合素质,使毕业生更加具备职业竞争力,以适应新时代人才培养的要求。
Objective To investigate the employment situation and employer satisfaction of undergraduates of preventive medicine in Gansu University of Chinese Medicine,and to optimize the personnel training mode of preventive medicine. Methods The network self-filled questionnaire survey(questionnaire star) was conducted on the graduates of 2016,2017 and 2018 of preventive medicine in Gansu University of Chinese Medicine. The employment units of 2016 and 2017 of preventive medicine were investigated by combining questionnaire survey and on-the-spot interview,and measures for optimizing the personnel training mode were proposed. Results Graduates had high ideological and moral quality,solid professional knowledge,could bear hardships and stand hard work,but lack of practical operation ability,adaptability and innovation ability. Conclusion Through the reform of teaching links,the professional ability and comprehensive quality of students can be improved,so that graduates can have more professional competitiveness to meet the requirements of personnel training in the new era.
