摘要：5-羟色胺是影响腹泻型肠易激综合征患者胃肠道功能活动的重要脑肠肽。近年来研究发现5-羟色胺的合成、释放、与受体结合及重摄取等信号传导过程中,任一环节发生异常均有可能导致腹泻型肠易激综合征的发生。通过查阅国内外大量文献,发现中医药通过调节5-羟色胺治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征疗效显著。因此,本文对5-羟色胺的现代医学认识、5-羟色胺与腹泻型肠易激综合征的相关性及中医药干预5-羟色胺治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征的研究进展等进行综述,以期探索5-羟色胺在腹泻型肠易激综合征中的潜在治疗价值,同时也为中医药防治腹泻型肠易激综合征提供理论参考及依据。
5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT)is an important brain intestinal peptide that affects gastrointestinal function in patients with diarrhea-type irritable bowel syndrome.In recent years,it has been found that any abnormality in any of the signal transduction processes such as synthesis,release,binding to receptors and reuptake of 5-HT may lead to the development of diarrhoeal irritable bowel syndrome.In order to explore the potential therapeutic value of serotonin in diarrhea type irritable bowel syndrome,but also to provide a theoretical reference and basis for Chinese medicine for the prevention and treatment of diarrhea type irritable bowel syndrome.Through reviewing a large number of domestic and foreign literatures,the author found that traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)had a significant effect in the treatment of diarrhea type irritable bowel syndrome by regulating 5-HT.Therefore,the author reviewed the modern medical understanding of 5-HT,the correlation between 5-HT and diarrhea-type irritable bowel syndrome,and the research progress of TCM intervention with 5-HT in the treatment of diarrheatype irritable bowel syndrome,in order to explore the potential therapeutic value of 5-HT in diarrhea-type irritable bowel syndrome.Meanwhile,it also provides a theoretical reference and basis for TCM in the prevention and treatment of diarrhea-type irritable bowel syndrome.
