摘要:报道了以羧甲基壳聚糖为软模板,通过亚硒酸钠和抗坏血酸反应在水相中制备纳米硒,采用红外光谱、紫外吸收光谱、投射电镜和X-射线衍射法进行表征,并研究了反应物浓度、温度、反应时间等条件对产物粒度的大小、形貌的影响。结果表明:当反应体系中抗坏血酸和亚硒酸钠的物质的量之比为4:1,羧甲基壳聚糖的质量分数为0.5%,在40~60℃超声反应120min时,可得到颗粒均匀、稳定的红色球形纳米硒,平均粒径为18nm左右。
Nano-selenium was prepared using carboxymethyl chitosan (CMC) as template by reaction of selenious acid with ascorbic acid. The effects of reaction time, reactant concentration and temperature other experimental conditions on particle size and morphology of product were studied. The products were characterized by UV-absorption, IR spectra, TEM and XRD. The results showed that the reaction system at 40-60℃ for 120min with CMC mass fraction 0.5%, and mass ratio of ascorbic acid to selenious acid 4: 1, the red and uniform selenium is obtained. Its average size is about 18 nm.
