摘要：针对外科学传统实践教学中存在的主要问题(如传统教学理念和模式有待更新、学生学习内驱力不足、临床教学资源相对紧缺及考核方式单一等),分析对策,以“互联网+”翻转课堂为基础,构建基于“输出倒逼输入”理念的教学新模式。在课前建设线上外科操作资源库,为学生提供丰富的学习资源,支持课前任务驱动的自主学习;在课堂教学中,通过示教与实践操作相结合,促进学生在主动输出中深化知识输入;课后开展多元化考核,以考促学,以知识输出验证并巩固学习效果。此教学模式充分利用现代数字模拟技术,搭建仿真临床实践环境,弥补了现实教学资源的不足;教学中落实“以学生为中心”的教育理念,可充分激发学生的学习兴趣与内驱力,培养学生的自主学习能力和创新思维能力,从而全面提高外科学实践教学质量。
In oreder to address the prevalent challenges in traditional practical surgery teaching,including the necessity for updating teaching concepts and models,insufficient student motivation,limited clinical resources,and a monotonous assessment approach,this paper proposes countermeasures and introduces a novel teaching model grounded in the“Internet+”flipped classroom and the“output driving input”concept.Prior to class,an extensive online surgical operation resource library is established to furnish students with abundant learning materials and facilitate self-directed learning guided by pre-class assignments.During classroom instruction,demonstrations and hands-on practice are seamlessly integrated,encouraging students to deepen their understanding through active engagement and output.Post-class,a diversified assessment system is implemented to reinforce learning through evaluation and ensure the consolidation of learning outcomes through knowledge application.Leveraging modern digital simulation technology,this model creates a simulated clinical practice environment,mitigating the scarcity of real-world teaching resources.By adhering to a“student-centered”educational approach,the model effectively ignites students’interest and motivation,fosters their self-directed learning and innovative thinking skills,and ultimately enhances the overall quality of practical surgery teaching.
