摘要:目的建立花椒中乙酸芳樟酯、芳樟醇含量测定快速灵敏的检测方法。方法用水蒸气蒸馏法提取陇南大红袍花椒挥发油,以正己烷为稀释剂,用气相色谱-质谱法(GC-MS)分析其乙酸芳樟酯、芳樟醇。结果乙酸芳樟酯在0. 35~1. 50 mg·m L^(-1)内呈良好的线性关系,响应值与浓度的回归方程:y=6×10~8x-1×10~8(R^2=0. 9992)。芳樟醇在0. 32~0. 96 mg·m L^(-1)内呈良好的线性关系,响应值与浓度的回归方程:y=4×10~8x-5×10~7(R^2=0. 9991)。陇南大红袍花椒中乙酸芳樟酯含量为(0. 93±0. 13)%,芳樟醇含量为(1. 07±0. 16)%。结论本文建立的GC-MS方法,具有灵敏、快速、准确的特点,可供陇南大红袍花椒质量控制和化学成分含量测定。
Objective To establish a rapid and sensitive detection method for the determination of acetic acid-linalyl ester and linalool in Zanthoxylum bungeanum gas chromatography-mass spectrometry( GC-MS). Methods The Volatile oil of Dahongpao Zanthoxylum bungeanum in Longnan was extracted by steam distillation. And it’s acetic acid-linalyl ester and linalool were analyzed by GC-MS. Hexane is used as a thinner. Results The concentration of acetic acid-linalyl ester has a good linear relationship in the range of 0. 35-1. 50 mg · m L-1. The regression equation of response value and concentration was: y = 6 × 108 x-1 × 108( R2= 0. 9992). The concentration of Longnan has a good linear relationship in the range of 0. 32-0. 96 mg ·m L-1. The regression equation of response value and concentration was: y = 4 × 108 x-5 ×107( R2= 0. 9991). Conclusion The GC-MS method established is sensitive,rapid and accurate,and can be used for the quality control and chemical composition determination of Dahongpao Zanthoxylum bungeanum in Longnan.
