摘要：通过研究《伤寒论》中有关石膏的方剂,如桂枝二越婢一汤、大青龙汤、麻杏石甘汤、白虎汤、白虎加参汤和竹叶石膏汤,从石膏的君臣配伍、剂量改变及现代瘟疫运用等方面进行分析,从而正确认识石膏的清热作用,认为无论内外寒热,亦或虚实真假,只要合理配伍,即可正确大胆地运用石膏的清热作用。
By studying the prescriptions related to Gypsum fibrosum in Treatise on Febrile Diseases,such as Cuizhi Eryue Biyi Tang(桂枝二越婢一汤),Daqinglong Tang(大青龙汤),Maxing Shigan Tang(麻杏石甘汤),Baihu Tang(白虎汤),Baihu Jiashen Tang(白虎加参汤)and Zhuye Shigao Tang(竹叶石膏汤),this paper ana-lyzes the compatibility of sovereign medicinal and minister one,dose change and examples of lmodern plague appli-cation of Gypsum fibrosum,thereby correctly understanding clearing-away heat ffect value thereof.It is considered that the clearing-away heat efect of Gypsum fibrosum can be used correctly and boldly as long as it is reasonably compatible,whether it is cold and hot manifestation of the internal and external,or whether it is true and false manifestation of excess and defceney.
