摘要：原发性高血压是心血管系统的常见病,属于遗传和环境交互作用的多基因性疾病。目前与原发性高血压相关的候选基因多态性研究报道较多,但不同地区原发性高血压的基因易感性具有明显差异,报道的结论也不尽相同。本文选择了与原发性高血压发病有关的几个代表性候选基因:血管紧张素原基因、血管紧张素转换酶基因、内皮型一氧化氮合酶基因作为对象来总结不同地区的研究情况。
Essential hypertension is a common disease of cardiovascular system. It is a polygenic disease interacted by gene and environment. At present, there are many reports on the polymorphism of candidate genes related to essential hypertension, but there are significant differences in the gene susceptibility of essential hypertension in different regions. This paper chooses hypertension candidate genes related to the pathogenesis of several representative-angiotensinogen gene, angiotensin converting enzyme gene and endothelial nitric oxide synthase gene, as the objects to summarize research situation in different regions.
