摘要：为观察大黄消痔栓用于混合痔术后的临床效果及安全性，将符合纳入标准的120例混合痔患者随机分为观察组和对照组，各60例，对照组术后常规应用凡士林纱条外敷创面换药，观察组术后在对照组换药基础上每日给予大黄消痔栓1枚纳肛。对比两组患者术后肛门疼痛、肛缘水肿情况，创面愈合时间、住院时间，以及两组肝肾功能情况。结果显示，1）两组患者谷丙转氨酶（ALT）、谷草转氨酶（AST）、尿素氮（BUN）、肌酐（Cr）水平比较差异均无统计学意义，P〉0．05；且两组均无皮疹、恶心呕吐、肛门瘙痒、成瘾性、多汗、嗜睡、感觉性肛门失禁等不良反应。2）观察组术后48h内不同时点疼痛程度均轻于对照组．术后第3、5、7天肛缘水肿程度亦轻于对照组，P〈0．01。3）观察组创面愈合时间和住院时间均短于对照组，P〈0．05。结果表明，大黄消痔栓用于混合痔患者术后换药，可减轻肛门疼痛、肛缘水肿，促进创面愈合，且无毒副反应，值得临床推广应用。
In order to observe the clinical orrhoids） used after mixed hemorrhoids s effect and safety of Dahua Xiaozhi Shuan（a suppository for hemurgery,the 120 patients meeting inclusion criteria of mixed hem-orrhoids were randomly divided into observation group and control group, n=60 for each;the latter received reutine dressing exchange externally with petrolatum gauze strip,while the former was added with above one suppository by rectal administration per day based on the dressing exchange of the latter;Then following items were compared such as pain of anus, edema of anal edge, the time for wound-surface healing and for hospitalization,as well liver and kidney function between both groups.As results, 1）there was no statistical difference in ALT,AST,BUN and Cr levels（ P〉0.05）;as well as no adverse reaction as ef- florescence, nausea and vomiting, pruritus, addication, hyperhidrosis, lethargy and sensory incontinence, etc were found in both groups.2）at different time points within 48 h after surgery pain degree of anus in observation group were all lighter than that in control group（ P〈0.01） ;And on the 3rd,5th and 7th day edema degree of anal edge also less than control group（ P〈0.01）.3）the time for wound-surface healing and for hospitalization in observation group was shorter than that in control group（P〈0.05）.Results show that this suppository can relieve pain and edema of anus, promote healing of wound-surface, but without any toxi-side effect,thus worthy to be popularized to clinical use.
