摘要：《黄帝内经》提出胃为"水谷之海,六腑之大源",六腑以通降为顺。后世医家以通利胃肠论治多种急危重症积累了丰富的经验。基于此,仝小林教授提出胃肠为人体最大的气血之乡,系统总结了"肠胃通则气血活"在心、脑、肾等重要器官急危重症中的辨治理论;并提出"通便闭"和"运肠痹"的具体治疗手段,从理法方药量上丰富了急危重症从胃肠论治的中医内涵。
Huangdi Neijing puts forward ‘the stomach is reservoir of food and drink, the great source of the six fu viscera’, and the function of the body is normal if the six fu viscera are unobstructed. The doctors of later generations have accumulated rich experience in treating many kinds of acute and critical diseases. On the basis of this, professor TONG Xiaolin puts forward the theory that stomach is reservoir of qi and blood, and systematically summarized the general principle ‘to maintain circulation of qi and blood by keeping normal gastrointestinal function’, in the treatment of heart, brain, kidney and other important organs of acute and critical diseases, and puts forward specific treatments methods including ‘improving constipation’ and ‘increasing intestinal vitality’, which enrich the connotation of TCM treatment from gastrointestinal theory in the aspect of principle-method-recipe-medicines.
