摘要:目的深入了解护生实习期间护理老年患者的工作体验,为制定提升其老年护理从业意愿的策略提供参考。方法运用现象学研究法,选取2018年9月—12月在兰州市3所三甲医院实习的12名护生进行半结构式访谈,用Colaizzi七步分析法对收集到的资料进行整理、分析和归纳。结果护生护理老年患者的消极体验为:交流沟通困难;理论和实践的差距;工作任务繁重压力大;知识能力不足。积极体验为:老年患者宽容、易相处;各项能力得到提升;带教老师榜样作用。结论护生老年护理体验受其轮转的科室环境、带教老师及其自身能力的影响而不同。可通过针对不同科室环境完善老年护理教学,充分发挥带教老师榜样作用,以及提升护生交流沟通和自主学习能力,转变其消极体验,提升老年护理意愿。
Objective To understand the nursing students'experience of eldercare during their internship,and to provide basis for improving the intention of nursing elderly.Methods A phenomenological research method and semi-structured interviews were conducted to 12 nursing students who practiced in three first-class hospitals in Lanzhou from September to December 2018.The Colaizzi's seven-step analysis method was used to sort,analyze and summarize the collected data.Results The negative experience of nursing students included communication difficulty,the gap between theory and practice,heavy workload and pressure,lack of knowledge and ability.Positive experience mainly included getting along with elderly people,improved various abilities and learning from good examples of teachers.Conclusion Nursing students'experience of eldercare may be influenced by their working place environment,teachers and their own ability.The geriatric nursing teaching can be improved according to the environment of different departments,giving full play to the role of teachers as role models,and improving the communication and independent learning ability of nursing students,in order to change their negative experience and enhance their willingness ofeldercare.
