摘要：目的观察三字经流派小儿推拿联合小儿开胃增食合剂治疗小儿脾失健运型厌食症的临床疗效。方法将135例厌食症脾失健运型患儿随机分为合剂组、推拿组和联合组,每组45例,分别予小儿开胃增食合剂口服、三字经流派小儿推拿及两者联合治疗,治疗7 d为1个疗程,3个疗程后观察3组体质量平均增加量,治疗前后微量元素(钙、铁、锌)水平,食欲、食量、腹胀、便秘症状积分变化情况及临床疗效。结果治疗后联合组体质量平均增加量显著优于合剂组、推拿组,经统计学分析,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);合剂组与推拿组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗前3组微量元素(钙、铁、锌)水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),具有可比性;治疗后3组微量元素水平较同组治疗前均明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但联合组升高幅度优于合剂组、推拿组(P<0.05)。治疗前3组食欲、食量、腹胀、便秘症状积分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),具有可比性;治疗后3组症状积分均较同组治疗前明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且联合组下降幅度大于合剂组与推拿组(P<0.05)。合剂组总有效率为82.22%,推拿组为80.00%,联合组为95.56%,联合组总有效率高于合剂组与推拿组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论三字经流派小儿推拿联合小儿开胃增食合剂治疗小儿厌食症脾失健运型优于单一治疗方法,可促进微量元素(钙、铁、锌)的吸收、增加体质量,提高临床疗效,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Xiao’er Kaiwei Zengshi Heji(小儿开胃增食合剂)combined with Three-Character-Scripture School Pediatric Massage therapy in treating children with anorexia failure of spleen in transportation.Methods Totally 135 children with anorexia failure of spleen in transportation were randomly divided into three groups:the mixture group,the massage group,and the combined group,each one with 45 cases.They were given oral Xiao’er Kaiwei Zengshi Heji,Three-Character-Scripture School Pediatric Massage,and combined treatment of both,respectively.Seven days constituted one course of treatment.After 3 courses of treatment,the average increase in body mass of 3 groups;the levels of trace elements(calcium,iron,zinc)before and after treatment;changes of appetite,food intake,abdominal distension,constipation symptoms and clinical efficacy were observed.Results The average increase in body mass of the combined group was significantly superior to that of the mixture group and the massage group after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant according to statistic analysis(P<0.05);there was no statistical difference between the mixture group and the massage group(P>0.05).Before treatment,the levels of trace elements(calcium,iron,zinc)in the 3 groups showed no significant difference(P>0.05)and were comparable;after treatment,the levels of trace elements in the 3 groups all significantly increased compared with the same group before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),but the incline range of the combined group was superior to that of the mixture group and the massage group(P<0.05).Before treatment,the symptom scores of appetite,food intake,abdominal distention and constipation of the 3 groups showed no significant difference(P>0.05)and were comparable;after treatment,the symptom score of the 3 groups was significantly lower than that of the same group before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Moreover,the decline range of the combined group was greater than that of the mixture group and the massage group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the mixture group was 82.22%,that of the massage group was 80.00%,and that of the combined group was 95.56%.The total effective rate of the combined group was significantly higher than that of the mixture group and the massage group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Xiao’er Kaiwei Zengshi Heji combined with Three-Character-Scripture School Pediatric Massage therapy is superior to the single treatment method in treating children with anorexia failure of spleen in transportation.It can promote the absorption of trace elements(calcium,iron,and zinc),increase body mass,and improve clinical efficacy,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
