摘要：目的:观察生肌玉红膏外敷促进下肢静脉性溃疡创面愈合的临床疗效。方法:选取2016年12月—2017年12月兰州市第二人民医院外科治疗的160例下肢慢性溃疡患者作为本次的研究对象,随机将所有下肢慢性溃疡患者分为治疗组和对照组,每组各80例。对照组所有患者均给予消毒创面,去除坏死分泌物,清洗创面,然后覆盖凡士林纱布1片,覆盖无菌纱布,固定,隔日1次。治疗组所有患者均给予消毒创面,去除坏死分泌物,清洗创面,然后覆盖生肌玉红膏油纱布1片,覆盖无菌纱布,固定,隔日1次,两组均治疗4周,治疗结束后观察两组患者的临床疗效、创面愈合时间、创面面积减小率以及创面肉芽生长状况。结果:治疗组临床总有效率为92. 5%,高于对照组的77. 5%(P <0. 05);治疗后,治疗组创面愈合时间短于对照组(P <0. 05),创面面积减小率高于对照组(P <0. 05);治疗后两组患者溃疡深及部位、肉芽颜色以及肉芽覆盖创面面积等创面生长状况积分均较治疗前降低(P <0. 05),治疗组低于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论:生肌玉红膏外敷能缩短下肢静脉性溃疡的治疗周期,临床疗效好,值得推广应用。
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Shengji Yuhong Paste in the treatment of venous ulcer of lower extremities.Methods:160cases of venous ulcer of lower extremities were randomly divided into the treatment group(n=80)and the control group(n=80).The control group was treated by cleaning the wound and applying the application of petrolatum gauze;the treatment group was treated by cleaning the wound and applying the application of Shengji Yuhong Paste.The wound was dealt with once every other day for four weeks.The clinical efficiency,the healing time,the reduction rate of the wound,and the granulation tissue around the wound were compared in the two groups.Results:The clinical efficiency was92.5%in the treatment group,which was significantly higher than77.5%in the control group(P<0.05).The healing time of the wound was significantly shorter in the treatment group than that in the control group(P<0.05).The reduction rate of the wound was significantly higher in the treatment group than that in the control group(P<0.05).The depth of the wound,and the color of granulation tissue,and the area of granulation tissue were significantly improved after the treatment compared to those before the treatment in the two groups(P<0.05);in which,the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Shengji Yuhong Paste can shorten the healing time of the venous ulcer of lower extremities with better clinical effects,which is worthy of widespread application.
