摘要：在药用植物腊叶标本的制作过程中,为保持药用植物的原色泽,采用直接压制干燥和加温压制干燥两种方法,研究其对药用植物腊叶标本保色的影响。结果表明:2种处理均有影响,其中以50℃加温压制干燥处理的保色效果最好。
In the production process of herbarium specimens in medicinal plants, in order to keep color of medicinal plants, the method of direct repression dry and heating pressed dry were used to study the effect on keeping color of medicinal plants in herbarium specimens. The results showed that： two treatments have effect on keeping color, in which heating pressed dry 50 ℃ was the best.
