摘要：天麻钩藤饮是中药治疗高血压的经典方,临床中广泛用于肝阳上亢型高血压病、眩晕、卒中等神经系统相关疾病。本文对天麻钩藤饮防治的研究现状、病因基础、降压疗效及机制研究和靶点通路研究进展进行综述,以期为今后更高效、安全的原发性高血压治疗药物与保健品研发提供依据。
Tianma Gouteng decoction is a classic prescription of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of hypertension, it is widely used in clinic for the nervous system related diseases such as hyperactivity of liver-yang hypertension, vertigo and stroke. This paper reviews the current research status, etiological basis research, antihypertensive effects, mechanisms, targets and pathways of Tianma Gouteng decoction on the prevention and treatment of essential hypertension, in order to provide a basis for the development of more efficient and safe drugs and health care products for primary hypertension in the future.
