摘要：目的研究外用中药制剂生肌玉红膏的镇痛抗炎作用。方法将小鼠随机分为对照组、美宝湿润烧伤膏组、生肌玉红膏组,采用扭体法和热板法观察生肌玉红膏的镇痛作用,采用耳廓肿胀法观察生肌玉红膏的抗炎作用,并测定炎症组织中前列腺素E2(PGE2)含量。结果生肌玉红膏可显著提高小鼠的热板痛阈提高百分率,延长小鼠的疼痛潜伏期(P<0.05或P<0.01),显著减少小鼠扭体反应次数,降低二甲苯所致的小鼠耳廓肿胀度、肿胀率,减少炎症组织中PGE2的含量(P<0.05或P<0.01),且在减少小鼠扭体反应次数方面的作用显著优于美宝湿润烧伤膏(P<0.05)。结论生肌玉红膏有一定的镇痛和抗炎作用,其抗炎作用可能与降低炎症组织中PGE2的含量有关。
Objective To study the analgesic and anti-inflammatory actions of Shengji Yuhong Ointment.Methods The mice were randomly divided into control group,MEBO group and Shengji Yuhong Ointment group.The analgesic action was observed by the method of hot plate test and writhing test,and the anti-inflammatory action was observed by the method of auricle swelling test,and the content of PGE2 in the inflammation tissue was determined.Results Shengji Yuhong Ointment could obviously increase the pain threshold of mice and prolong the incubation period of pain（P0.05 or P0.01）,and obviously reduce the times of writhing reaction,decrease the swelling degree and swelling ratio of auricle of mice induced by dimethylbenzene,and reduce the content of PGE2 in the inflammation tissue（P0.05 or P0.01）,and the effect of reducing the times of writhing reaction was obviously superior to MEBO（P0.05）.Conclusion Shengji Yuhong Ointment has notable effects of analgesia and anti-inflammation,and the anti-inflammatory action may be associated with the content of PGE2 in inflammation tissue.
