摘要:本文用油酸型大鼠呼吸窘迫综合征(RDS)模型,研究了红芪水提物(HE)对其影响的机理。结果表明,HE能提高大鼠RDS的肺泡表面活性物质(PS),电镜观察发现HE对大鼠RDSⅡ型肺泡细胞有保护作用,能促使其恢复产生和释放PS功能,稳定了细胞内板层小体的结构。
The experimental research on effective mechanism of Radix Hedysari(HE) treated Respiratory Distress Syndrome (RDS) induced by oleic acid were observed. The results showed that HE could increase contents of pulmonary surfactant(PS) in RDS rats. The observed under electronic microscope found that HE could protect Ⅱ type alveolar cells, promote their function of producing and releasing PS recovered,and steady structure of osmiophilic multilamellar body in cells.
