摘要：目的了解甘肃省兰州市大学生艾滋病相关知识的知晓情况,为针对性地开展大学生艾滋病健康教育提供依据。方法2020年4—9月依托"问卷星"平台,基于层次分析法和整群抽样方法,选择兰州市部分高校在校大学生,调查其对艾滋病的知晓情况、对待艾滋病患者的态度及关注度等问题。结果兰州市大学生艾滋病基本知识平均知晓率为73.6%;对于大学生是否是艾滋病的易感人群的知晓率男生(86.0%)高于女生(76.3%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=10.962,P<0.05);城镇学生(88.4%)高于农村(77.5%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=11.113,P<0.05);低年级组学生(81.5%)高于高年级组(77.9%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=14.406,P<0.05)。对待艾滋病患者及他们的亲友积极态度构成男生(81.9%)低于女生(92.3%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=20.330,P<0.05);低年级组(87.0%)低于高年级组(90.1%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=24.761,P<0.05)。对于艾滋病目前在我国青年学生中流行程度的关注构成男(16.5%)女生(15.0%)差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=11.024,P<0.05),低年级组学生(14.2%)与高年级组(18.9%)差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=42.995,P<0.05)。结论兰州市大学生艾滋病知识知晓率整体水平较低,应加强性健康教育的分级分类宣讲。
Objective To realize the awareness of AIDS related knowledge among college students in Lanzhou,so as to provide basis for carrying out health education on AIDS in the college students.Methods Based on the analytic hierarchy process and cluster sampling method on the platform of″questionnaire star″,the students of part of universities were selected in Lanzhou city for investigating the awareness of AIDS,attitude and attention to the HIV/AIDS patients from April to September,2020.Results The average awareness rate of basic AIDS knowledge was 73.6%in the college students in Lanzhou city.The awareness rate of whether college students were the susceptible population to HIV/AIDS or not was higher in the male(86.0%)than in the female(76.3%),with statistical difference(χ^(2)=10.962,P<0.05),and higher in the urban students(88.4%)than in the rural students(77.5%),with statistical difference(χ^(2)=11.113,P<0.05),higher in the group of junior grades(81.5%)than in the group of senior grades(77.9%),with statistical difference(χ^(2)=14.406,P<0.05).The correct rate of the attitude to the HIV/AIDS patients and their relatives was higher in the male students(81.9%)than in the female students(92.3%),with statistical difference(χ^(2)=20.330,P<0.05),higher in the group of junior grades(87.0%)than in the group of senior grades(90.1%),with statistical difference(χ^(2)=24.761,P<0.05).The difference was statistical(P<0.05)in the attention rates of the prevalence of AIDS in the young students of China between the male students(16.5%)and the female students(15.0%,χ^(2)=11.024),and between the students in the group of junior grade(14.2%)and senior grade(18.9%,χ^(2)=42.995).Conclusions The overall level of the awareness rate of AIDS knowledge is low among the college students in Lanzhou city.The propaganda of sexual health education should be strengthened and conducted at different levels and categories.
