摘要：医患关系是医生与患者之间基于权利、义务形成的人际关系和社会关系,是在社会背景中医患社会形象博弈、医疗行为博弈和医疗事故处理博弈中形成的。医患关系作为社会关系的一种,医患矛盾不可避免,改善医患关系的目标不是消除医患矛盾,而是促进医患矛盾常态化,把医患矛盾由影响医疗卫生发展的不利因素转变为促进医疗事业发展的推动力之一。医患关系的改善应在公共宣传弥合形象认知、医疗体制回归公共产品、医患矛盾常态化、法制成为医患关系处理的准绳四个方面做出努力。
The relationship between doctors and patients is interpersonal and social relationship,which is based on doctors＇ and patients＇ rights and obligations.The relationship formed in the social background of doctors＇ social image game,medical behavior game and the game of dealing with the medical accidents.The doctor-patient relationship is one of the social relationships,therefore the contradiction between doctors and patients are inevitable.The goal of improving the doctor-patient relationship is not to eliminate the contradiction,but to normalize it.We can transform factors that the contradiction between doctors and patients affect the development of health into the pushing forces which promote the health care development.To improve the doctorpatient relationship,efforts should be made in four aspects,including improve doctors image by public advocacy,regressmedical care to public products,normalization of doctor-patient contradiction and follow the rule of law as the principle ofdealing with doctor-patient relationship.
