摘要：目的探究基于德尔菲法(Delphi法)对全身麻醉术后患者麻醉恢复期临床护理路径应用效果。方法选取2022年3—12月于甘肃中医药大学附属医院麻醉恢复室接受全身麻醉手术的120例患者。将患者随机分为两组,对照组60例,接受常规麻醉恢复期护理,观察组60例,采用临床护理路径模式。比较两组在麻醉恢复指标、心理状态、并发症发生率以及护理满意度,以验证临床护理路径的应用效果。结果采用临床护理路径模式的观察组患者在术后麻醉恢复指标、并发症总发生率、心理状态情况以及患者的护理满意度均明显优于采用麻醉恢复期常规护理的对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论麻醉恢复室临床护理路径的应用,能有效改善麻醉恢复相关指标,改善患者多种心理不良状态,减少术后并发症发生,提高患者总体护理满意度。
Objective To explore the application effect of clinical nursing pathway on patients in recovery period after general anesthesia based on Delphi method.Methods A total of 120 patients after general anesthesia admitted to the post-anesthesia care unit of the Affiliated Hospital of Gansu University of Chinese Medicine from March to December 2022 were selected as the research object and were divided into two groups.The control group(60 patients)adopted routine nursing used during anesthesia recovery period,while the observation group(60 patients)adopted the clinical nursing pathway model.The anesthesia recovery indexes,complication rate,psychological state and nursing satisfaction of patients in the two groups were compared to verify the application effect of clinical nursing pathway.Results The postoperative anesthesia recovery indexes,total incidence of complications,psychological state and nursing satisfaction of the patients in the observation group who adopted the clinical nursing pathway model were obviously superior to the patients in the control group who adopted routine nursing used during anesthesia recovery period(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of clinical nursing pathway in post-anesthesia care unit can effectively improve the related indexes of anesthesia recovery,improve various psychological unhealthy states of patients,reduce postoperative complications and improve the overall nursing satisfaction of patients.
