摘要：目的了解石化公司职工健康知识与健康行为素养状况,为今后石化职工制定健康教育和良好生活习惯的养成提供策略支持和提升健康素养水平提供依据。方法以2019年1-12月某医院体检的8049名石化企业职工为研究对象,应用自制问卷调查其健康知识与健康行为素养。结果职工综合健康知识素养水平为14.32%,健康行为素养水平为40.38%。单因素分析结果显示,女性健康知识和行为素养均高于男性(χ^(2)=114.870、1680.840,均P<0.01);30~<40岁年龄组健康知识素养及40~<50年龄组健康行为素养高于其他年龄组(χ^(2)=17.664、198.410,均P<0.01);脑力劳动者健康知识和行为素养高于体力劳动者(χ^(2)=28.450、97.730,均P<0.01)。多因素logistic回归分析显示,性别和劳动类型为健康知识素养的主要影响因素;性别、年龄和劳动类型三者为健康行为素养的主要影响因素。结论石化职工的健康知识与健康行为素养较低,应加强石化公司员工的健康知识普及,通过健康知识改善日常生活行为习惯,提高生活质量,改善健康状况。
Objective To understand the status of health knowledge and health behavior literacy of petrochemical employees,to provide strategic support for the development of health education and good living habits of petrochemical employees in the future,and to provide basis for improving the level of health literacy.Methods A total of 8049 petrochemical workers who underwent physical examination in a hospital from January to December 2019 were selected as the research objects,and a self-made questionnaire was used to investigate their health knowledge and health behavior literacy.Results The comprehensive health knowledge literacy level of petrochemical workers was 14.32%,and the health behavior literacy level was 40.38%.Univariate analysis showed that women's health knowledge and behavior literacy were higher than men's(χ^(2)=114.870,1680.840,both P<0.01).The health knowledge literacy of 30<40 years old group and health behavior literacy of 40<50 years old group were higher than those of other age groups(χ^(2)=17.664,198.410,both P<0.01).Mental workers had higher health knowledge and behavior literacy than manual workers(χ^(2)=28.450,97.730,both P<0.01).Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that gender and labor type were the main influencing factors of health knowledge literacy.Gender,age and labor type were the main influencing factors of health behavior literacy.Conclusion The health knowledge and health behavior literacy of petrochemical employees are low,so it is necessary to strengthen the health knowledge popularization of petrochemical employees,improve the daily life behavior habits,improve the quality of life and improve the health status.
