摘要：现版中医内科教材中指出胸痹病位在心,涉及肝、脾、肾诸脏,但对肺脏并未提及,本文就此从五脏一体观、心肺二脏在生理、病理上的相互影响,以及相关文献入手展开论述,说明胸痹的发生发展与肺关系密切,应给予一定的重视与关注。
It is indicates that the disease location of thoracic obstruction in the heart and involved in the liver,spleen and kidney,but not mentioned the lungs.The paper points out that the cause of thoracic obstruct is associated with the lungs from the holism of five organs,interaction of physiology and pathology between heart and lungs which should give more attention and concern about it.
