摘要：目的:分析老龄化背景下甘肃省中老年人口对于商业健康保险的具体需求,以及目前商业健康保险存在的供给问题,并提出对策建议。方法:对统计年鉴中的数据进行整理与分析;对相关调查问卷运用EpiData3.1建立数据库并进行双录入,运用SPSS25.0软件进行描述性分析、相关性分析以及单因素、多重响应交叉表χ^(2)检验。结果:对自身身体状况满意度(χ^(2)=19.237)、基本医保满意度(χ^(2)=34.691)进行了χ^(2)检验分析,P<0.001;对不购买商业健康保险的四个原因进行了多重响应交叉表χ^(2)检验,χ^(2)值为90.623,渐进显著性(双侧)为0.00,具有统计学意义。结论:甘肃省中老年人对商业健康保险的实际与潜在需求较大,而商业健康保险的实际供给存在问题。应加强商业健康保险险种的设计、丰富,以及医疗机构、保险公司与被保障群体之间的联系。
Objective:The paper analyzed the specifi c demand for commercial health insurance of middleaged and elderly population in Gansu Province under the background of aging discussed the supply problems of commercial health insurance at present,and put forward countermeasures and suggestions.Methods:The study analyzed the data in statistical yearbook.EpiData3.1 was used to establish the database and double entry was performed.SPSS25.0 software was used to conduct descriptive analysis,correlation analysis,single factorχ^(2)test and multiple response cross-tableχ^(2)test.Results:χ^(2)test was used to analyze the satisfaction with their own health conditions(χ^(2)=19.237)and the satisfaction with the basic medical insurance(χ^(2)=34.691)(P<0.001).The four reasons why they do not buy health insurance were tested by a multiple response cross-tableχ^(2)(χ^(2)=90.623).The progressive signifi cance(bilateral)was 0.00,which was statistically signifi cant.Conclusion:At present,the actual and potential demand for commercial health insurance for the middle-aged and elderly people in Gansu Province is relatively high,however,there are problems in the actual supply of commercial health insurance.It should be improved from the aspects of designing and enriching the types of commercial health insurance,and strengthening the connection between medical institutions,insurance companies and insured groups.
