摘要：中医学在中医妇科领域展现的一大特色与优势在于助孕。先贤曰"求子之道,莫如调经",种子必先调经。根据"肾藏精,主生殖"的理论,调经种子又重在补肾。本文从"瘀血不去,肾气难扶"的思想出发总结导师武权生教授助孕之经验,以此浅析好孕之路——重在补肾固本,贵在祛瘀养血,妙在疏肝理气,夫妻同治。既好孕又孕好。
One of the main characteristics and advantages of TCM in the field of gynecology is in assisting pregnancy.The sage said,"the way to be pregnant is to regulate mensturation".According to the theory of Kidney storing essence and governing reproduction,therefore being pregnant focuses on tonifying Kidney.Based on the thought of"Kidney-Qi cannot be tonified with blood stasis there",this study analyzed the professor WU Quansheng’s experience in assisiting conceive,that is,focusing on tonifying Kidney,regulating blood and soothing Liver.
