摘要:目的:考察不同产地的枸杞不同分子量部位自由基清除率和总抗氧化能力,结合生态因子分析影响其抗氧化能力的主要因素,为枸杞资源的开发利用提供依据。方法:采用低温高速剪切技术提取、膜过滤分离制备不同产地枸杞的不同分子量部位,分别评价其DPPH·清除率和总抗氧化能力。在此基础上,采用SIMCA 14.1软件分析不同产区生态因子和枸杞不同分子量部位抗氧化能力的相关性。结果:枸杞不同分子量部位DPPH·清除率在26.0%~84.8%之间,平均值依次为LBE-4>LBE-3>LBE-1>LBE-2;总抗氧化性能力在0.57~3.22 U/mg之间,平均值依次为LBE-3>LBE-4>LBE-1>LBE-2。LBE-2抗氧化能力与1月最低气温正回归系数值最大;LBE-3抗氧化能力与7月最高气温正回归系数值最大,与海拔的负回归系数绝对值最大。结论:枸杞不同分子量部位DPPH·清除率及总抗氧化能力存在显著性差异,影响枸杞不同分子量部位抗氧化能力最主要的生态因子是温度。
Objective:To investigate the free radical scavenging rate and total antioxidant capacity of different molecular weight parts of Lycium barbarum in different habitats,and to analyze the main factors affecting their antioxidant capacity by combining ecological factors,so as to provide a basis for the exploitation and utilization of Lycium barbarum resources.Methods:The low-temperature high-speed shearing technique was used to extract and membrane filtration to prepare different molecular weight parts of Lycium barbarum in different habitats,DPPH·clearance rate and total antioxidant capacity were evaluated,respectively.On this basis,SIMCA 14.1 software was used to analyze the correlation between ecological factors in different producing areas and antioxidant capacity of different molecular weight parts of Lycium barbarum.Results:The DPPH·clearance rate of different molecular weight parts of Lycium barbarum was between 26.0%and 84.8%,the mean was LBE-4>LBE-3>LBE-1>LBE-2.The total antioxidant capacity was between 0.57 U/mg and 3.22 U/mg,the mean was LBE-3>LBE-4>LBE-1>LBE-2.The antioxidant activity of LBE-2 was maximally correlated with the positive regression coefficients of minium temperature in January.The positive regression coefficient between the antioxidant capacity of LBE-3 and the maximum temperature in July was the largest,and the absolute value of negative regression coefficient between LBE-3 and altitude was the largest.Conclusion:The total antioxidant capacity and DPPH·clearance in different molecular weight parts of Lycium barbarum are significantly different,and the main ecological factors that affected the antioxidant capacity of different molecular weight parts of Lycium barbarum is temperature.
