摘要：文章基于中国知网与文献检索的方法,以国内外语教师发展文献为研究对象。介绍了外语教师发展文献的基本情况:文献时间分布和跨度、文献的作者及分布、文献引用率等,并在文献主题研究和类型研究的基础上,提出了外语教师发展研究的不足和问题,为外语教师发展提出了建议。
the paper, based on CNKI and by using the method of subject search, uses the literature on foreign language teacher development as its research object. First, it introduces the literature from three aspects, like the distribution and the span of the publishing time of the literature, distribution of the authors and their agency and the quotation of the literature. Then, the paper points out some problems and drawbacks in addition to the subject study and type study of the literature. Finally, the paper put forwards some suggestions on the teacher development.
