摘要：史正刚教授认为小儿变应性鼻炎的病因主要责之于风、痰二邪。肺为娇脏,易感受外邪,风邪外袭,首先犯肺;小儿肺常不足,卫外功能未固,感邪后邪伏肺经,肺气郁闭,肺失宣降,通调失司,津液疏布障碍,聚液成痰,风痰相兼,痰湿重浊黏滞,日久郁而化热是小儿变应性鼻炎的主要病机。临床以祛风化痰、宣肺通窍为治则,常用祛风药和清热化痰药加减治疗,并喜用消食化积药,防止所服药食停聚,形成新的病理因素。附案例2则,以资验证。
Professor SHI Zhenggang holds that the main pathogenic factors of allergic rhinitis in children are wind and phlegm.The lung, being the delicate organ, is easy to feel the external pathogenic factors, so it may be the first to be invaded if the wind attack.And as children’s lungs are often insufficient, its ability against external pathogenic factors is not solid enough.If the external pathogenic factors attack, evil will lurk in lung meridian of the lung and makes the lung qi closed, so the lung fail to clean itself as pulmonary failure of descension, and then loss control of regulation.Obstructions occur in body fluid distribution, so body fluid becomes phlegm.Coupled with external wind evil, phlegm becomes turbiditic and sticky because of dampness.After a long time, phlegm turns into heat, which is the main pathogenesis of allergic rhinitis in children.In the clinical treatment of children with allergic rhinitis should be to dispel wind and phlegm, Xuanfei Tongqiao as the treatment principle, commonly used to dispel wind and heat and phlegm drugs treatment, and often with the property of the drug to prevent the drug and food stagnation convergence, the formation of new pathological factors.Clinical treatment of allergic rhinitis in children should be based on the principle of dispelling wind and resolving phlegm, dispersing lung and dredging orifices.Medicine of wind-dispelling, heat-clearing and phlegm-resolving are commonly used, and often combined with medicine of digestion to prevent the drugs and foods taken from stagnating and converging to form new pathological factors.Two cases are attached for verification.
