摘要:膝关节滑膜炎作为骨病科常见的疾病之一,本病的发生及发展,常致使其关节功能障碍,甚至关节畸形等,严重影响患者身心健康。现代医学治疗以对症消炎、镇痛以及手术为主,常常使其迁延反复,疗效欠佳。近年来随着miRNA基因组学研究的发展,许多学者对于miRNA在骨细胞及骨组织中表达有着深入的研究,而中医药治疗骨病方面有着悠久的历史和丰富的临床经验,越来越多的学者发现中医药的有效成分通过干预骨组织及细胞中miRNA的表达,影响骨病局部关节炎症的发生及发展。围绕中医药干预miRNA在膝关节滑膜组织中的表达来了解其对滑膜组织中的炎性因子的作用,为临床治疗提供一种中西联合治疗且较为有效的治疗方式。
Synovitis of knee joint is one of the common diseases in osteopathy department. The occurrence and development of this disease often result in joint dysfunction, even joint deformity, which seriously affects patients’ physical and mental health. Modern medical treatment mainly includes antiphlogistic treatment, analgesia treatment and operation treatment. With the development of miRNAs genomics research in recent years, many scholars have a deep research for miRNAs expressed in bone cell and bone tissue and traditional Chinese medicine has a long history and rich clinical experience in the treatment of bone disease. More and more scholars found that the active components of TCM by intervening in the expression of bone tissue and cells of micrornas, affecting local joint inflammation and the development of the bone disease. This paper focused on the intervention of traditional Chinese medicine on the expression of miRNA in synovial tissue of knee joint to understand its effect on inflammatory factors in synovial tissue, so as to provide a more effective treatment mode combining traditional Chinese and Western therapy for clinical treatment.
