摘要:通过古籍文献调研、中药现代研究进展及其研究成果的梳理,结合中医临床及中药学等学科领域内的专家学者的认识及应用经验,经讨论认为红曲的功效主要为活血化瘀,健脾消食。标靶为高血脂、脂肪肝。现代药理发现红曲及其有效成分具有调脂、抗肿瘤、抗氧化、抗骨质疏松、抑菌等作用。红曲的综合毒性试验显示其具有一定的肾毒性,神经毒性、肝毒性外,还可诱发细胞突变,导致恶性肿瘤的发生,其无免疫毒性及致畸风险。本品脾阴不足及无食积瘀滞者慎用。临床使用剂量为0.46~30 g,内服时当根据不同疾病,或同一疾病的不同阶段进行辨证使用,并积极探索黄连用量与症靶、标靶的量效关系构建。
Based on the investigation of ancient books and literature,the progress and achievements of modern research on traditional Chinese medicine,and the understanding and application experience of experts and scholars in the fields of clinical medicine and Chinese materia medica,it is believed that monascus has the following characteristics:Its effects are mainly promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis and invigorating the spleen to promote digestion.Its test index targets are hyperlipidemia and fatty liver.Modern pharmacology has found that monascus and its active components have certain effects of lipid-regulating,anti-tumor,anti-oxidation,antiosteoporosis,bacteriostasis and so on.Its comprehensive toxicity tests show that it has certain nephrotoxicity,neurotoxicity and hepatotoxicity,and can also induce cell mutations,leading to the occurrence of malignant tumors,yet it has no immunotoxicity and teratogenic risks.Patients with the deficiency syndrome of spleen yin and without food stagnation cannot take it.Its clinical dosage range is 0.46-30g.When taken internally,it should be used according to different diseases or different stages of the same disease,and the construction of the dose-effect relationship between its dosage and symptom targets and test index targets should be actively explored.
