摘要:文章从本体论、认识论、价值论角度对教师发展进行了反思,帮助人们提高对教师发展本质的认识,拓宽教师发展方式、模式等多样化的探索,揭示教师发展方式、模式后所隐藏的价值观,从而帮助决策者提高教师发展的效果。
the paper reflects the teacher development from the perspectives of ontology,epistemology and valuerespectively,which can help enhance our understanding of the essence of the teacher development,can widen ourexploration of the methods and models for teacher development in multiple ways,can reveal the value hidden behindthe methods and models for teacher development. As a result of this,it is hoped that the paper can help the policymaker to improve the efficiency of teacher development.
