摘要：目的:探讨针刺配合人工牵引治疗腰椎间盘突出症(LIDH)的临床疗效。方法:将68例患者随机分为治疗组34例和对照组34例,治疗组采用针刺配合人工牵引治疗,对照组采用单纯针刺治疗。结果:2个疗程后统计得出治疗组治愈率为41.18%,总有效率为88.24%;对照组治愈率为14.76%,总有效率为76.47%。4个疗程后统计得出治疗组治愈率为61.76%,总有效率为94.12%;对照组治愈率为41.18%,总有效率为88.24%。差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:针刺配合人工牵引治疗疗效明显优于单纯针刺疗法,且疗程明显缩短。
Objective:To search the clinical observation of acupuncture combined with inverted traction in lumbar intervertebral disc herniation (LIDH).Methods:68 cases of LIDH were randomly divided into the treatment group (n=34) and the control group (n=34),the former given acupuncture combined with inverted traction,and the latter treated by acupuncture.Results:After tow therapeutic courses,analysis with statistics,the curative rate was 41.18% and the total effective rate was 88.24% in the treatment group;the curative rate was 14.76% and the total effective rate was 76.47% in the control group.Therapeutic effect were evaluated after four courses,the curative rate was 61.76% and the total effective rate was 94.12% in the treatment group;the curative rate was 41.18% and the total effective rate was 88.24% in the control group.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapeutic effect of acupuncture combined with inverted traction better than acupuncture's,and the therapeutic courses became shorter.
