摘要：基于经筋理论,围绕肩周炎经筋病变特点,并结合现代解剖学局部肌肉、肌腱走行分布特点,对肩周炎筋结点的确定方法及分布规律进行分析、总结,从而为临床精准定位治疗部位及优化选穴方案提供理论指导和参考。临证治疗肩周炎时可通过触诊阳性反应点、阿是穴及病变经筋,并依据现代解剖学定位及经筋循行路线确定筋结点,然后施以针刺、针刀、推拿手法等对筋结点进行松解治疗,从而提高临床疗效。
Based on the meridian-sinew theory,this study focuses on the characteristics of sinew lesions in periarthritis of the shoulder and integrates local anatomical features of muscles and tendons in modern anatomy.It systematically analyzes and summarizes the identification methods and distribution patterns of sinew nodes in periarthritis of the shoulder,aiming to provide theoretical guidance for precise localization of therapeutic targets and optimization of acupuncture point selection in clinical practice.In clinical treatment,practitioners may first identify sinew nodes through positive response points by palpation,Ashi points,and affected sinew pathways,then confirm their locations by combining modern anatomical landmarks and meridian-sinew distribution routes.Subsequent application of acupuncture,needle-knife therapy,or massage techniques to release these sinew nodes can effectively enhance clinical outcomes.
