摘要：针对类风湿关节炎在甘肃省兰州市城关区居民中的流行病学特点展开现况研究,为寻找和降低该地区RA的防治措施提供科学依据。研究于2016年3月—2017年6月,以兰州市城关区各社区卫生服务中心所辖居民采取整群抽样的方法进行抽样,抽取7个社区,对7个社区所有居民中年龄≥16岁的为研究对象,对全部研究对象开展问卷调查,对其中可疑对象进行类风湿因子检测。结果显示,接受调查的139 652人中男性66 466名,女性73 186名,问卷应答率为82.6%,检出RA患者1 021例,其中男性217例,女性804例,男性~55年龄组比重较高,占62.5%,女性~65年龄组比重较高,占47.3%,总人数以~55年龄组所占比重较大,为67.1%。各部位RA的患病率女性明显高于男性(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。RA男女均以膝关节病症为主,经标化后RA总患病率为0.68%,男、女性患病率分别为0.28%和1.06%。该调查样本量大,代表性强,有助于了解兰州市城关区居民RA患病的性别、年龄构成情况及RA患病部位的情况,为进一步研究降低该地区风湿关节炎患病率的防治措施提供了科学依据。
This paper is to study the current situation of rheumatoid arthritis on the basis of its epidemio logical characteristics in Chengguan District of I.anzhou City, Gansu Province, in order to provide scientific ground for the prevention and treatment of rheumatoid arthritis. From March 2016 to June 2017, seven communities were pled by cluster sampling from residents of all community health service centers in questionnaires were distributed and 139 652 returned, with a return rate of 93.10%. A total of 139 652 people were investigated, including 66 466 males and 73 186 females, of whom 96.3% were Han nationali tal; the prevalence rate of RA in all parts of the body of female was higher than that of male （P%0.05）, and the difference was statistically significant. Male and female with RA majorly suffered from gonarthro sis, after standardization, the total prevalence of RA was 0.68%, and the prevalence of RA in men and women was 0.28% and 1.06% , respectively. This survey has a large sample size and strong representative ness, which is helpful to understand the sex, age composition and the location of rheumatoid arthritis of patients in Chengguan District of I.anzhou City, and provides scientific foundation for the study on treat ment measures for rheumatoid arthritis.
