摘要：目的观察中药药浴配合穴位按摩干预新生儿高胆红素血症的疗效。方法将90例新生儿高胆红素血症患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组各45例,治疗组给予中药药浴配合穴位按摩,对照组给予蓝光光疗加口服药物治疗。干预前及干预后第6天分别检测2组患儿血清总胆红素水平,同时每日定时检测面颊、躯干、四肢经皮胆红素水平。结果 2组治疗第6天总有效率均为97.8%,经统计学分析,差异无统计意义(P>0.05)。治疗组未见不良反应,对照组有3例患儿皮肤出现皮疹,2例患儿出现腹泻。结论中药药浴配合穴位按摩干预新生儿高胆红素血症与蓝光光疗加口服药物疗效相当,说明中药浴配合穴位按摩干预新生儿高胆红素血症疗效可靠,且不良反应小,取材简单,操作方便,经济安全,患儿依从性好,值得临床推广使用。
Objective To observe the effect of traditional Chinese medicine bath combined with acupoint mas- sage in nursing neonatal hyperbilirubinemia. Methods 90 newborns with hyperbilirubinemia were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 45 cases in each group. The treatment group was given tradi- tional Chinese medicine bath combined with acupoint massage, while the control group was given the blue light phototherapy plus oral medication. Before intervention and on the sixth days of intervention, serum bilirubin levels of 2 groups of patients were detected, and the daily observation of transcutaneous bilirubin level in cheek, trunk and limbs. Results On the sixth day of treatment, the total effective rate was 97.8% in both groups with no sta- tistical difference （P〉0.05）. The treatment group had no adverse reaction, while the control group had 3 cases of skin rash, 2 cases of diarrhea. Conclusion Chinese herbal bath combined with acupoint massage intervention in neonatal hyperbilirubinemia has equal effect with blue light phototherapy and oral drug, illustrating Chinese medi- cated bath combined with acupoint massage intervention on neonatal hyperbilirubinemia is reliable, and the adverse reactions were not obvious. The method is simple and convenient, economic secure, with good compliance, worthy of clinical application.
