摘要:目的:观察甘肃道地药材岷归对去卵巢更年期模型大鼠雌性激素、子宫指数和肾上腺指数的影响。方法:采用雌性大鼠卵巢摘除术法造模,以Elisa法检测大鼠血清雌性激素雌二醇(E2)、促卵泡激素(FSH)、促黄体生成素(LH)、泌乳素(PRL)及重量法计算子宫指数、肾上腺指数。结果:岷归高剂量(1.35g/kg)、岷归中剂量(0.90g/kg)、岷归低剂量(0.45g/kg)组均能改善卵巢摘除后引起的大鼠血清E2含量下降水平,且作用强度与剂量呈正向相关趋势;岷归高、中剂量组能降低血清FSH的浓度,岷归高中低剂量均有提高血清LH浓度的趋势,均能降低血清PRL的浓度,均能提高子宫、肾上腺指数。结论:甘肃岷归(0.90~1.35g/kg/d)对去卵巢更年期模型大鼠的E2、FSH、PRL、子宫和肾上腺指数具有较好的调节作用,提示岷归可改善因卵巢摘除后引起的大鼠下丘脑-垂体-卵巢轴功能的异常,并减缓子宫、肾上腺功能的衰退。
Objective: To observe the effect of Angelica on estrogen,uterus index and adrenal index of excising ovary rats model in menopause from Minxian city in Gansu.Methods: Using ovary excision method to make model,and using Elisa(enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay) to detect E 2(Estrogen Estradiol),FSH(Follicle Stimulation Hormone),LH(Luteinizing Hormone),PRL(Prolactin),and using Gravimetric method to detect uterus index and adrenal index.Results: Compared with model group,Large dose(1.35g / kg / d),medium dose(0.90g / kg / d) and low dose(0.45g / kg / d) group of Angelica of Minxian city angelica(岷当归) all can improve the standard of serum E 2 decreasing,and it has positive correlation tendency between interaction strength and dose;Large、medium dose can decrease density of serum FSH,large dose has obvious difference(P < 0.01),medium dose takes second place(P < 0.05);And all can improve serum LH;meanwhile,all can decrease PRL density,large、medium dose has obvious effect(P < 0.01);And all can increase uterus index and adrenal index,large dose and medium dose have obvious difference(P < 0.05).In comprehensive comparison,low、middle dose group function of Minxian city angelica is weaker than Xiaoyaowan(逍遥丸) group.Conclusion: Minxian city angelica(0.90 ~ 1.35g / kg / d) has better regulation to E 2,FSH,PRL,uterus index and adrenal index,Prompting Min County angelica can improve the abnormal of hypothalamus-pituitary-ovarian axis function,and relieve the decay of uterus and adrenal function to excising ovary rats model in menopause.
