摘要：利用科学文献计量软件CiteSpace对中国知网收录的近15年(2008-01—2023-01)针灸数据挖掘的1061篇有效文献进行作者、研究机构和关键词的知识图谱绘制及可视化分析.结果显示,针灸数据挖掘领域发文量逐年上升,近5年增长迅速;研究机构间的跨地域合作和研究人员间的跨机构合作较为缺乏;研究热点为通过聚类分析、关联规则分析等数据挖掘算法,针对抑郁症、中风等病症,从古籍或现代文献记录的大量针灸处方中挖掘选穴规律和腧穴配伍规律.数据挖掘作为知识发现的有效手段,在中医针灸领域的应用前景将越来越广泛.
By using CiteSpace,a scientific bibliometric software,1061 effective literatures about acupuncture and moxibustion data mining collected by CNKI in the past 15 years(January 2008 to January 2023)were mapped and visually analyzed by authors,research institutions and keywords.The results showed that the number of papers published in the field of acupuncture data mining increased year by year,and increased rapidly in the past five years;cross-regional cooperation among research institutions and inter-agency cooperation among researchers are relatively lacking;the research focus is to explore the rules of acupoint selection and acupoint compatibility from a large number of acupuncture prescriptions recorded in ancient books or modem literature for depression,stroke and other diseases through data mining algorithms such as cluster analysis and association rule analysis.As an effective means of knowledge discovery,data mining will have an increasingly broad application prospect in the field of acupuncture and moxibustion.
