摘要：阐述痰与瘀的生成,痰瘀同病,心阳虚、心气虚是心衰的根本病机。表达心衰与血瘀、心衰与痰浊、心衰与水泛的相关性,提出痰瘀同治与温阳利水并治心衰,并举例说明。
By analyzing relationship between blood stasis,phlegm, accumulation of excessive fluid and chronic heart failure,this article considers that the method of combined synchronic treating phlegm and blood stasis with warming Yang and promoting diuresis is one of the treatment method of chronic heart failure.
