摘要：四逆散为透邪解郁、疏肝理脾经典名方,具有抗抑郁、镇静催眠、保肝、降血脂、改善微循环及抗溃疡等作用,现代临床常用于治疗抑郁、失眠、肝纤维化、溃疡性结肠炎、胃炎、前列腺炎、痛经等症。对近年来四逆散的化学成分、药理作用及临床应用研究近况进行综述,并结合中药质量标志物(Q-marker)有效、特有、传递与溯源、可测和复方配伍的"五原则"对四逆散的质量标志物进行预测分析,提示四逆散中的柴胡皂苷a、柴胡皂苷d、柴胡皂苷c、芍药苷、柚皮苷、橙皮苷、辛弗林、甘草苷、甘草酸、甘草次酸可作为四逆散的质量标志物,为四逆散的质量控制及后续研究提供参考。
Sini Powder(四逆散)is a classic prescription for dispelling evil and relieving depression,soothing the liver and regulating the spleen.It has the effects of anti-depression,sedation and hypnosis,protection of the liver,lowering blood lipids,improving microcirculation and anti-ulcer.It is commonly used in modern clinical practice to treat depression,insomnia,liver fiber,ulcerative colitis,gastritis,prostatitis,dysmenorrhea,etc.This article reviewed the recent research status of the chemical composition,pharmacological effects and clinical application of Sini Powder in recent years,and combined the"five principles"of the effectiveness,uniqueness,delivery and traceability,measurability and compatibility of Chinese medicine quality markers(Q-marker)predictive analysis of the quality markers of Sini Powder,suggesting the saikosaponina,saikosaponind,saikosaponin c,paeoniflorin,naringin,hesperidin,synephrine,glycyrrhizin,glycyrrhizin and glycyrrhetinic acid in Sini Powder can be used as the quality markers of Sini Powder,which provides reference for the quality control and follow-up research of Sini Powder.
