摘要：表观遗传学是在不改变DNA序列的情况下改变基因表达,调节成骨与破骨细胞的分化,进而参与骨质疏松症(osteoporosis,OP)的发生发展,其包括DNA甲基化、组蛋白修饰和非编码RNA(ncRNA),然其机制尚未完全明确。此外,针灸治疗OP疗效确切,安全性高,该文综述了OP的表观遗传学机制研究,归纳总结针灸靶向调控表观遗传学防治OP的临床研究成果,以期为OP的机制研究及针灸对OP的临床治疗提供理论依据和新思路。
Epigenetics is to change gene expression without changing the DNA sequence,regulates the differentiation of osteoblasts and osteoclasts,and then participates in the occurrence and development of osteoporosis(OP).It includes DNA methylation,histone modification,and non-coding RNA(ncRNA).However,its mechanism is not yet fully understood.In addition,acupuncture and moxibustion are effective and safe in the treatment of OP.This paper reviews the epigenetic mechanism of OP and summarizes the clinical research result of acupuncture and moxibustion targeting regulation of epigenetic prevention and treatment of OP,in order to provide theoretical basis and new ideas for the mechanism research of OP and the clinical treatment of OP with acupuncture and moxibustion.
