摘要：目的:观察建瓴汤对颈性眩晕(肝阳上亢型)患者焦虑状态的治疗效果,并对其疗效进行评价。方法:将符合诊断标准及纳入标准的64例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组予中药汤剂建瓴汤加减口服,对照组予盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊、氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片治疗,治疗周期14天。治疗前后对两组患者经颅多普勒超声及汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、匹兹堡睡眠质量(PSQI)等进行测评,将治疗前后数据建立数据库用SPASS18.0统计软件包进行数据统计分析及描述。结论:治疗组总有效率93.7%,对照组81.3%,两组患者治疗前后基底动脉TCD血流参数、HAMA及PSQI评分,组内、组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结果:建瓴汤加减对肝阳上亢型颈性眩晕患者眩晕、焦虑状态、睡眠质量改善明显,疗效优于盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊联合氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片治疗。
Objective:To observe and evaluate the therapeutic effect of Jianling decoction on the anxiety state of patients with cervical vertigo(hyperactivity of liver Yang).Method:64 patients who met the diagnostic criteria and inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.The treatment group was given the traditional Chinese medicine decoction Jianling decoction plus or minus oral administration,and the control group was treated with flunarizine hydrochloride capsule and flupentixol and melitracen tablets and the treatment period was 14 days.PSQI and other indicators of the two groups were evaluated before and after treatment,the above database were established and analyzed by SPASS18.0 software package.Result:The total effective rate was 93.7% in the treatment group and 81.3% in the control group.TCD blood flow parameters,HAMA and PSQI scores of basilar artery before and after treatment in the two groups,there were significant differences in the two groups before and after treatment and also between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of Jianling decoction on vertigo,anxiety state and sleep quality of patients with cervical vertigo of hyperactivity of liver Yang type was significantly improved,and the effect was better than that of flunarizine hydrochloride capsule combined with flupentixol and melitracen tablets.
