摘要:目的通过二因素试验探索硅提高干旱胁迫下党参种子萌发的潜力。方法采用发芽试验,聚乙二醇-6000模拟干旱胁迫,研究不同浓度硅(0,2,4,6,8 mmol/L)对干旱胁迫下党参种子萌发的影响。结果在干旱胁迫显著抑制党参种子萌发的前提下,硅可促进党参种子萌发,且随硅浓度升高呈先升后降的趋势。研究还发现,干旱程度越强,促进效果越显著。综合分析发芽率(势)、发芽指数、胚芽(根)长度和鲜重等指标,得出2 mmol/L和4 mmol/L浓度硅可显著升高各项指标(P〈0.05),所以确定2~4 mmol/L为最佳浓度范围。结论硅具有促进党参种子萌发的潜力,这为进一步研究硅对党参药材产量和质量的提高奠定了基础。
Objective To explore silicon in improving seed germination potential of Codonopsis pilosula under drought stress by using two factors experiment. Methods The influences of silicon in various concentration (0,2, 4,6,8 mmol/L ) on Codonopsis pilosula seed germination were researched under drought stress simulated by polyethylene glycol 6000. Results Under the precondition of drought stress significant inhibition of seed germina- tion of Codonopsis pilosula, silicon promoted seed germination, and with the silicon concentration increase the ger- mination rate fell after rising. The study also found that the stronger the drought degree, the more significant effect of promoting. Based on comprehensive analysis on germination rate, germination potential, germination index, the germ and root length and fresh weight, silicon concentration of 2 mmol/L and 4 mmol/L significantly increased the parameter values( P〈0.05 ) , and that was determined as the best concentration range. Conclusion Silicon has the potential in promoting seed germination of Codonopsis pilosula, and that has laid the foundation of the further study on silicon' s potential in promoting yield and quality of Codonopsis pilosula.
